Spotless caravan, welcoming atmosphere. Personal touches, practical amenities provided. Excellent communication, reassurance. Clean site, ideal location.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Just loved driving my disabled mom in her wheelchair over the speed bumps instead of having side paths. What a thrill!

The caravan was spotless and had a welcoming feel to it. It was great to see the personal touches and thoughtfulness, like having everything I needed on a practical level, such as a corkscrew and a list of useful numbers displayed on the wall. Another advantage was the veranda furniture left for us to use, which made the outdoor space even more enjoyable. They provided a contact number in case of any problems, which was reassuring. The site itself was clean and conveniently located, with the beach and the Broads both nearby, offering plenty of places to visit.
Although I had paid for linen service, the bedding on my bed had tears in it, which made it look shabby, despite being clean. This was a disappointing aspect of my stay.
